From Pfeiffer University: Take US 52 heading EAST (South). Go 10.7 miles and then turn LEFT onto North 2nd Street. Go 0.5 miles and then turn LEFT onto North 3rd Street. Go 0.1 miles and then turn LEFT onto Yadkin Street. Go 0.1 miles to Stanly Regional Medical Center.

From Pit Stop A: Follow route BACKWARD to US 52. Turn LEFT onto US 52. Follow directions from Pfeiffer University to Stanly Regional Medical Center.

From Rest Stop 1: Follow route BACKWARD along Old Beatty Ford Road. Turn RIGHT onto Reeves Island Road. Continue straight to US 52. Turn LEFT onto US 52. Follow directions from Pfeiffer University to Stanly Regional Medical Center.

From Pit Stop B: Follow the route FORWARD to US 52. Turn LEFT onto US 52. Follow Pfeiffer University directions to Stanly Regional Medical Center.

From Rest Stop 2: Follow the route BACKWARD to US 52. Turn RIGHT onto US 52. Follow Pfeiffer University directions to Stanly Regional Medical Center. 

From Rest Stops C & 3: Follow the route along St. Stephens Church Rd crossing Old Beatty Ford Road. Bear LEFT onto Melchor Rd. Continue straight as the road name changes to Gold Hill Road. Continue on Gold Hill Rd. to NC 49. Turn LEFT onto NC 49. Turn RIGHT onto US 52. Follow Pfeiffer University directions to Stanly Regional Medical Center.

From Pit Stop D: Follow the route on Gold Hill Road. Continue on Gold Hill Rd. to NC 49. Turn LEFT onto NC 49. Turn RIGHT onto US 52. Follow Pfeiffer University directions to Stanly Regional Medical Center.

From Rest Stop 4: Follow the route BACKWARD. Turn LEFT onto Gold Hill Road. Continue on Gold Hill Rd. to NC 49. Turn LEFT onto NC 49. Turn RIGHT onto US 52. Follow Pfeiffer University directions to Stanly Regional Medical Center.
